Our operations began in 2004 in the city of Lima, focusing on providing metal refining and smelting services, mainly gold and silver, for the mining and jewelry industries in the  country. The following year, our analysis laboratory was opened with the aim of providing a better service to our customers. 

Due to the growth of the sector, in 2006 it was decided to start with activated carbon desorption services to ensure one more link in the chain of transformation of precious metals.

As of 2012, Gold Metals begins to acquire mining concessions in the south of the country with the aim of being able to exploit its own areas and develop mining projects that allow it to extract gold ore. With this initiative, in 2014 the construction of its production headquarters located in Caraveli, Arequipa, from where the gold mineral processing service is also offered.

Subsequently, starting in 2017, it ventured into new international markets with the export of its own production, mainly doré bars, to countries such as the United States, India and Dubai.

Currently, Gold Metals continues to seek ways to grow and innovate within the sector in order to optimize its processes, maintain customer loyalty and reach new markets.
